Dugat Py Gevrey Chambertin Les Evocelles 2008
Old vines (65 years old) are planted in Les Evocelles. Dugat-Py has upgraded the facilities and produced organic wine after 2003. The wine undergoes 16-18 months of fermetation and aging and each year approximately only 1500 to 2400 bottles are produced. To experience the strong and delicate aromas, decanting is necessary.
