AGE RESTRICTION
Selling alcohol to people under the age of 18 is illegal. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he or she is 18 years old or above. The customer shall ensure that no person shall use his or her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

PRICING AND ORDERING
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars, and can be per bottle or per case. The prices exclude any tax and duty.

STOCK
We try our best to have our accurate stock online. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is temporarily out-of-stock which will delay processing your order. We will keep you updated of any delay/change that may interfere with your order. If the product you’ve ordered is definitely out-of-stock, we will propose an alternative or give you a refund.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Breakage - The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged at the time of delivery contacting The Vine Gallery at +852 3707 3556, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery. For any breakages, the wine will be refunded within 4 weeks, or will be replaced with your next order.

For faulty and corked wines, please contact The Vine Gallery at +852 3707 3556 or/and sales@thevinegallery.hk and provide full details of the problem. It is the customer's responsibility to return the bottle to The Vine Gallery so that we can confirm the fault. Once we confirm the issue, the value of the wine will be refunded to you within 4 weeks or we can replace the bottle with your next order.

Stolen Wine - We won't take any responsibility of stolen wines if you give instructions for us to leave your wine outside your house and the wine gets stolen.

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. We will not be liable for spillages or breakages. A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, we recommend that you carry the bottles only 1 or 2 at a time.

DELIVERY
Free delivery to one location for orders over HKD1,200. A delivery charge of HKD 150 will apply for orders of less than this amount.

Delivery schedule: We deliver Mondays to Saturdays. Any order placed on these days will be delivered the day following the next working day (i.e. order received on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday; orders received on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday)

You can choose delivery slots when placing your order, however we can't guarantee the exact time of delivery, we'll try our best to meet the slot.
Public Holidays & Weather: We do not deliver on public holidays and when Typhoon Signal number 8 or the Black Rain Signal is hoisted.
In-store pick-up: You can choose to pick-up your bottles at the shop. Upon confirmation of availability and once your order is ready for pick-up, we will send you an e-mail.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Under no circumstance shall The Vine Gallery or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. If there is an issue or problem with your order, we will contact you to try to resolve it.
